I made this tweet today and I stand by it...

I just feel like Ak promotes bullshit for the clicks and to hang out with these clowns. Did you see he laid 6ixty9ine’s $25k jewellery debt? What for?

I think Ak magnifies everything that is wrong with today’s hip hop and gives it a platform.

It's all fun and games but eventually someone is going to die.

never gave him the time or day. i don't even know what he looks like
He has a HUGE platform with the kids man. And 69 kind of let him hang and now he promotes ALL the fuckery for attention and to be kept down. It's kind of sad, but I think it also ruins the culture a little too much for my comfort.

i've seen few of these new rappers talk shit about 2pac and other artists from back in the day. it's ridiculous. this current super sensitive generation has zero respect to the og's of the game.

what more could i say? i wouldn't be here today
if the old school didn't pave the way

Yeah it became cool to talk down on 'Pac for a moment, but of course his homies had his back... And by homies I mean... Mickey Rourke....

Don't even know this archemideis dude. Call me old fashioned but I want my rap to be about shooting people, fucking bitches and selling drugs.
Nowadays they shoot IG lives, fuck underage girls (and probably guys, some of them are super suspect), and take Xanax.

I don't embrace the sentiment completely but one funny thing I read not too long ago was back in the day we used to rap about selling drugs nowadays they rap about using them. I like a lot of new rappers but I feel like the majority of them I don't even bother with. Kurtis Blow did an AMA the other day and someone asked his if he likes Lil Pump and he said Who?, basically that's me ha.

The only thing I like Ak for is doing his part to keep Budden popular so he can continue on in this new career path he has going.

Man I think it was the other way around, Budden legitimised Ak. Budden literally created that show, then he made it what it was.

i agree completely, I'm just saying Ak is popular and helped with the following that show got. Joey legitimized that show for what it was
