I don't know what my point is. I do think that you can go dancing places other than clubs that play rap music for 18-21 year olds. I'm not judging though.

Want to ask everyjuan a question and get your opinion/thoughts.

I talk to a member that doesn't post anymore and he seems to think I'm too old to still be going to clubs. Bars are okay apparently. If clubs are not okay in your opinion, where is a socially acceptable place to dance?
Well, if you were going to get all pissed up, do drugs, and hook up, I'd say yes. If you like to dance then I don't see how you could be "too old" for it. Maybe too old for a specific club, I mean I'm 22 and I won't go to the 18 year old clubs because 18 year olds are retards. But clubs in general, no.

I don't just go to hip hop clubs. I've been to goth night. They have cages you can get in. I like country music. Im going to a country concert for my bday. I went to xfest. I'm going to Dayglow. I like all music.

There are clubs for all ages. Who cares what people say - who says you can't be in your 30-40s and have a good night. You only go around once.

It's odd seeing 40 yr olds in 18 yr old dominated clubs at times. Actually, when I was 19-20, I went to this spot and there was a 60 yr old-ish man. Apparently, his wife had passed away years ago, and he figured instead of depressingly drinking himself into oblivion, he'd spend the rest of his life trying to enjoy whatever time he had left. I don't know if he had kids though - I got this info from a friend who practically lived in the spot when it was open.

I always thought that Keco was young?

On a side note it's strange how people think about age in America. 28, 32 or even 35 - it's still young, yet in north America people seem to think that these people should act like semi-old people. I know people who are 30 and don't act any different than when they were 18 or 20, they're just smarter.
On another hand you guys drive and stuff when you're like 16, move out in your early 20s so I assume you think you're more "grown up" faster.

People do think about age differently in America and you hit it spot on with people moving out early, becoming more independent, etc.

But we dont think of age 25-30-35 as old or anything. It's not that we think people who are 30 shouldn't hang around 21 year olds, it's that 95% of the time, the 30 year olds don't want to hang around them. Clubs with 18 year olds and the 21 year olds are generally very much different as far as vibes and everything go. An older girl or older guy simply can't stand the younger ones because they're so wasted all the time, being super belligerent, very aggressive, etc. I'm only 24 years old and I never go to clubs that allow people under 21 in. There's this college bar that I like to go to a lot and even there I feel super old around 21 year olds. I look at the girls and think, no way is she 21. That's my sign that I have no place being there on a Thursday (student night). In Keco's case, I imagine she gets approached on the dance floor every 5 minutes by a drunken (older or younger) guy. It's hard to enjoy yourself as a girl in that environment if you wish to dance solo. So that's why I'd assume she wouldn't want to go to those types of clubs.

As far as clubs go, a girl dancing on the dance floor is prey. If you go up to her and start dancing with her and she doesn't push you away, that's telling a guy he's "in", regardless if the girl thinks otherwise. It's a jungle out there lol.
