The first episode leaked last night.

"Life is good. I'm not at all unhappy. I'm quite content to go about my life believing in nothing -- with no fear that there might be something more out there." - Dexter Morgan

It sucks being so far behind bc ppl post spoilers all the time. I watched 4 episodes in the past 4 days though.

Weird, I clicked it and it said I had to create a username and it needed credit card information even though it wasn't going to charge anything.

OK.

I'm not sure I agree with his parenting choice. Fine, you want your kid to make up his own mind about religion and spirituality and so forth. But if that's what you want, don't enroll him in a religious school at such a young age. Kids are easily influenced at that age and the stuff sticks with them. Then, 15 years later, you're going to get a kid who believes in faith over rationality, scripture over science. FUCK THAT.

Enroll him in a normal, secular school and let him make his choices.

I'm enjoying the season, but it needs to have a little more substance...move a little quicker, or something.

The writing is a bit lazy lately. One of the biggest movie/tv cliches is when someone is questioning the existence of God and then something they pray for happens and they're like, "could this be God?". It's lame. Also, Dexter just happens to see Travis outside and determines he's one of the killers. Travis shouldn't be there. I don't know. But cool kill at the end, though.
