i have the cd and have heard the song a dozen times. i hear no mention of him dissing wayne or cash money whatsoever. plus, if i hadn't heard the song i would still ask on here rather than listen to it because the object of the forum is to promote discussion.

and since he also mentions beyonce, it's most likely one of the main reasons wayne mentions her too.
