I'm so against this, in principle. Some privileged white dude gains access to it and wants an arbitrary amount of Twitter followers to let loose of the demo? Fuck that. Eat a dick. fuck you.

Some further information.... those of you who, like me, were avid readers of The Source back in the 90s will remember just how much of an honor it was to be the "Unsigned Hype" columnist.... people who had won that privilege and gone on to do big things include Notorious BIG, Eminem, Common, Mobb Deep, Proof, Pitbull, Saigon... and DMX.

And this exact tape is the one that won DMX that honor in '91.

i'd follow to hear the tape if i had a twitter account. i made one the other day, but my first action on twitter wont be to follow some random dude. eff that, i need to get into a comfort zone first. i suspect i shall never be using it.

I use it to get updates on bands I like, so I know when to buy tickets to their gigs. And I follow my favourite comedians for daily jokes. I also follow tweeters like NASA, so I can get my geek updates. It's good. I just set the widget on the home screen on my mobile, and get updates on the daily. I have never tweeted anything myself.

Another track from the tape

"Original Author of Spellbound" (K-Solo Diss) - http://www.divshare.com/download/15680733-497

This one is definitely X, so it seems the other one is too as they are from the same tape.
I remember reading the story to this song is X's autobiography "E.A.R.L."

X had come up with the song "Spellbound" in jail I believe where K-Solo was a friend of his, and getting
out of jail, K stole the idea, hence X recording this diss.
