Film & TV Fuck 3D Movies..

I know, it seems as though everything is being made in 3D now.

It's frustrating that they are forcing it upon us, because they take valuable time slots.

The other day I went to the movies randomly and the only 'good time' they had available was in 3D and I had seen all the movies I had already wanted to see.

I paid the extra money and the movie wasn't even good in 3D. Only like 2 parts of the whole movie I would even consider 3D.

Side Note: The guys in the back snuck in and saw the whole movie. Can't they fuck up their eyes?

So...if you hate them so much why the fuck do you watch them in 3D then you fuckin moron?! I dont know about the theaters over there but over here they have the same amount of time slots for a movie in regular as they do for it in 3D. Quit your fuckin whining and buy tickets for the movie in 2D if you hate 3D so much.

Discuss.

I honestly hate having to wear those stupid glasses to see the movie. It's stupid.
Serious? I think its the coolest thing I've seen in movies, ever. Actually what you said sounds stupid to me. I wear glasses all the time, they've never bothered me so I don't understand why people complain about it, especially when they choose a 3d option. That a simple pair of glasses can manipulate light to that effect is awesome.

I havent either. But I've noticed besides animations what self respecting actor finds 3D in the title of their movie?

God help us if the future = (insert movie title here) 3D.

Also I'm with you on the glasses thing SiGh, for those of us who don't wear glasses every waking hour it's annoying and distracting. Cinematography has created a technique where it gives you a sense of depth using focus, stop being lazy people and appreciate having to imagine and perceive what you are watching.

It's not always worth it. It really depends on the movie.

For example, it was worth it for Avatar. The 3D is amazing. It was shot in 3D. It wasn't worth it for Alice in Wonderland. The 3D wasn't great.

You also have to verify if the movie was shot in 3D or converted in 3D after being shot. The quality heavily depends on how it was shot originally.

But I think some movies like comedies shouldn't be in 3D.

Haha yea i have that too and love it. Do you own the Nightmare On Elm Street boxset (fat brown one) that came with the 3d glasses and included the 3d scenes of Freddy's Dead? Fuckin love that cheesy old school red/blue 3d.
