Drake's debut album Thank Me Later was leaked earlier this morning (June 2nd)

What are your thoughts? I refuse to listen to new music I haven't heard on a mediocre sound system, so I haven't been able to check this album out yet. From what I've been told by others is that it's just a polished up version of So Far Gone.

Oh and for those who use torrents like I do, there's a well seeded torrent available on the Pirate Bay.

I am already un-impressed with the jay-z one. Which is fine cuz he bores me, but i'm afraid if i dl the album, i wont buy it.
i'll just wait, cuz i liked the song he did with wayne.

My admiration for Drake was mainly for his entertaining lyrics and club-type songs. I was never into the kind of "singing for the girls about love" side of his shit, which is about 80% of his shit. This album is no different. It's too slow for my taste, like So Far Gone, as you said. There's no anthem-type track like Forever that I was looking forward to. Even the song with Jeezy is disappointing because I was expecting a more aggressive track. Same goes for Light Up.
