Can somebody please identify this classic hip-hop instrumental for me?

It's at the tip of my tongue, and it's buggin me like crazy that I can't remember it...I want to say Blackmoon, but it sounds like a wutang production...anyone know the dizzle?!

Well the sample comes from "After Laughter" by Wendy Rene, which RZA also sampled for "Tearz" from "Enter The Wu Tang".

Is my relick slowed down version??? I'm trippin out lol It's deinitely a sample of Wendy Rene's track, but who does this relick??
