Someone break this down for me please.
It's just an hour+ worth of exercises, 6 days a week?
What kind of diet do you have to be in, in order to execute the p90x properly?
Lol its still hard though. Especially since p90x actually has weights. I feel like being lazy this week/weekend since I have it off of work and that's why I'm gonna start Monday. Just tell me what video you'll be doing. Do you follow their diet plan and use their recipes and all that too?
