Wu-tang and all their affiliates by far.
Then still way higher on my list are the likes of Boot Camp Clik, Brand Nubian, DITC, Little Brother, Gang Starr Foundation, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Capone n Noreaga, even Cypress Hill and the Dogg Pound. Probably there are even some more.
