For me, it's consistency. I have a hard time liking a rapper's whole repertoire, or even a substantial part of it.

When people say 10 rappers, the "classic" rapper list always gets put out.

Narrow that shit down to like top 5 and then you'll have a harder time fighting rappers out for spots. Then you'll have a better idea of what criteria have to met.
