No, i just try to say that terrorists became terrorists because by all the hate that have been created. When you kill 1 terrorist, most of the time there will also killed innocent civilians, so you only create more hate. More hate means more terrorists,even lthough you killed them.
So you can never kill terrorism with hate
People start to think more why there is terrorism and try to comprehend people more
