Film & TV Wrestlemania To Be One Hell Of An Event

know that's a catchy motherfucker but ever since he left the Rockers he was a prick.

I wouldn't mind seeing him dead - seriously.

He fucked over Bret then denied it. Then said he'd prove it & gave Bret his word. Then fucked him over again!!

Vince can die too. As can Shane, Brisco, JR & Lawler (even though I'd be a bit sad to see those two go) can fucking rot as well.

And there's some special pain reserved for that little fucking weasel Earl Hebner!!!

Have him done Marcellus in Pulp Fiction style.....no, not the rape you sick motherfuckers, the pipe-hitting motherfuckers going to work with a blowtorch.

Bret Hart aka The Hitman aka The Execellence Of Execution - the best there was, the best there is & the best there ever will be.

DEFINITELY a Canadian. get the FUCK over it already! jesus u guys do nuthin but cry.

Bret is def. 1 of the best wrestlers of all time, but damn get over it move the fuck on with your life. for you to say everyone should "die" for that is just childish, its buisness.

and to who said the rock was the best wrestler on the mic ... his shit got old and repetitive. altho he was funny at times, i liked him better as a heel.

lol @ the person who said Hawk from L.O.D. i liked how he started all his shit off with "...WELL!"

i dont watch wrestling anymore, i watched it all my life up until like 2 years ago. But i catch Wrestlemanias, i think they should do some old school shit. Remember when the war shit was goin on in the early 90's and they had Hogan beat the Iron Shiek for the title and American flags were being waved and everyone was yellin "USA! USA!" it would be cool if they had like an Afghani or Iraqi beat everyones ass, but at Wrestlemania he gets sqashed by Hogan or sumone big like that. It wont happen, but it'd be nifty.

Actually I'm British.

It's got nothing to do with whining, but more to do with supposed 'men' going back their word & having no principles. This to me means that, while physically you may be a 'man', morally you are not.

Also me.

Tell me, how often did you hear Animal speak?? Exactly. In those days, the ones who were actually able to do something with the mic spoke, while the others shut the fuck up.

Therefore, those that got the mic were (on the whole) the elite of the time &, if you cared to notice, using certain repetition in each of his interviews often got the crowd saying what he was saying at the same time (ring any bells?? Rock??). This was somewhat ahead of the time. The fact that we both remember it is testimony to it's impact. I mean, come on, without going & watching another video can you honestly tell me you remember what Jimmy Fly Snuka said?? Earthquake?? Typhoon/Tugboat??

My point has been made.

*starts scouring the internet for HBK's address*

I don't really keep up with wrestling much anymore, but there is a dude in the WWE right now, some 'Iraqi' character.

The thing is, while you may think that shit was cool, it was proliferatig hate. I mean, when Sgt. Slaughter was doing it, that motherfucker was getting death threats & had to have ex-CIA guarding him!!

It makes Americans think they can defeat anybody, then they cry instantly when the bodies start coming home & they slowly but surely realize that Iraqi insurgents will not be finished by a leg drop & American soldiers do not get superhuman strength from people chanting 'USA! USA!'.

You're probably new to wrestling. Pipper was one of the best if not the best on the mike. The Rock is good but he aint Pipper good. Check out some of his Pipper's Pit interviews. What made Pipper good was that he was not a good wrestler, he did not have the body of a wrestler, but he did have the mouth of his which made him golden.

For best announcers it has to be Gorrilla Monson and Bobby Heenan. The great heel vrs face anounce team.

"Oh, here he comes now, the May West of pro-wrestling." -- Roddy Piper on Ric Flair

The greatest quote in wrestling history
I've heard Piper at length (admittedly mostly when he was in WCW) but never really found him that special, sure he was funny, at times hilarious even, but compared to the Rock? No contest for me.

Nah man listen to him when he was with WWF. But I guess it is just a matter of opinion.

Once again ... its buisness. I doubt you'd call Bret less of a man if he had taken the title to WCW Nitro and trashed it. They did what they had to do, even tho i think they couldve handled it a more professional way than that. I figured you Brits wouldve got over it, seeing as the British Bulldog did (RIP)

- I wasnt dissin Hawk

- The Rock's material was played out and old. (altho i understand what youre sayin) It got annoying hearin him say the same shit over and over every week for years.
"Finally, the Rock, HAS COME BACK, to (insert city name here)"
"If you smell what the rock is cookin"
"you can take a stroll down Know Your Role blv, and Jabroni dr."
But then again, i hated the Rock. I was a HHH fan, altho now hes garbage.

-I wasnt sayin that America vs Iraq stuff to feel "superhuman". It would just add a little more flavor to the show.

I think wrestling today is pure shit. WWE has control of absolutely everything, they should make a seperate federation and have Shane or Paul E. run it. Wuts the fun if theres no competition (TNA is NO competition) theres all these wrestlers out of jobs because the other top 2 federations got put out of business. and every once in a while ill watch WWE just to see wuts goin on, and HHH always has the fuckin title. and Bradshaw sucks now. I always liked him since he was Justin Hawk Bradshaw, but now he sucks.

Wrestling is garbage now.

Despite a big money offer from WCW, Bret was still in two minds about whether or not to leave. He told Vince outright that he appreciated everything McMahon had done and that his heart was with WWF. He clearly wasn't going to stab them in the back by showing up on Nitro with the belt.

Michaels had said on at least two previous occasions that he wouldn't job to Bret Hart. Michaels had agreed not to mention the Hart family in the build-up to the Montreal match, but took shots at Stu Hart anyway. Michaels was an all-round asshole and Bret had plenty of reasons not to trust him to drop the title back to him.

Bret had a Reasonable Creative Control clause. Despite what McMahon said, not wanting to drop the belt in Canada is not unreasonable. He said outright that he'd drop it anywhere in the States and was willing to put over anyone.

Earl Hebner, a very close friend of Bret Hart who Bret made sure was the referee for that match because the thought he could trust him, said "I swear on my kids lives that I'd quit my job before double-crossing you". Vader and British Bulldog both warned him about putting himself in submission holds or pinning predicaments during the match, in case of a double-cross. If he hadn't had Hebner as referee, he may well have rejected Patterson's Sharpshooter spot that ultimately led to the double-cross.

It's true, this Wrestlemania has the potential to be very and I mean very big with the long awaited return of Austin, a series of great matches and probably Hogan coming back to take on Hassan. But the match that is going to steal the show will definitely be Michaels vs Angle. This can probably the greatest match ever since Bret Hart vs Austin at Wrestlemania 13.

BTW one of the greatest on the mic you guys forgot to mention is definitely Macho Man, damn that guy had skills and a load of charisma. Other potential contenders are:
Bret Hart
Shawn Michaels
The Rock
Chris Jericho

Peace
