oh ya there always is but blizzard is in works on PVP honor system that rewards you for killing other players your lvl and NPC's your lvl or higher for that matter and also if they kill somone lower lvl then them they lose honor points, if they gain to many negative honor points they wont even be welcome in there own cities anymore by there own people, and also people just cant keep praying on the same person and keep getting the same amount of honor points, so if u get smacked down ten times by some dude he will eventually get no points for the kill and might just leave u alone. for the more honor points u get u get to buy cooler armor kits and weapons but u have to maintain that lvl of honor or u can t wear that stuff or use them weapons anymore i believe there is twelve ranks all together but they said in the top five it will be really hard to maintaine it and even get there and at the end of everyweek the person with the most honor points for the alliance or horde get a special title like defender of kalimador or something for a week and a free portal back to the main cities of ogrimmar and stormwind.

You should've played EverQuest, compared to that game lvling is so fucking fast.
Shitty part of lvling is 40-60, takes like 2-3 times as long as 1-40.
