Technology windows 7 image gallery doesn't play gifs

and i'm pretty sure it used to. i am searching on google and finding people frustrated that it doesn't play gifs so maybe i'm waaay off. smoking's taken it's toll or something. but i really mean to think it used to. i have watched tons of gifs on my computer. have i viewed them in internet explorer every time? i think the change happened when i installed windows live essentials. any tips or ideas?

okay, so it's probably been IE every time. i dunno why but i've been so mad at things lately. FUCK MICROSOFT.

i have the same issue. i realised this some time ago but i just let it go as it wasnt really a big deal for me. not sure what caused this to happen though.

Windows 7 comes with an image gallery? And does anyone use it? oO

Install something like IrfanView.

With this new, awesome PC of mine, I might as well use Photoshop for viewing pictures.
