I like the Zodiac Killer for the following reasons:


1-He mailed letters and cards to police, news papers and victems families with funny messages and scripted cyphers taunting them about his crimes, his identity, and mistakes made by the police during investigating. It takes alot of balls to do this and alot of brains to continue doing this without being caught.

2-He had a very funny and sophisticated sense of humor.

3-He didn't have any specific M.O. of killing styles. He'd use a gun one night, and a knife the next night. It never really mattered to him. He'd kill in the wilderness, in the middle of the city (taxi cab driver), dark alleys etc. He wasn't some pussy like the DC Snipers who'd shoot and speed off.

4-He was never arrested, and even the #1 zodiac suspect (Arthor Allen Leigh) had more evidence that proved against him being the zodiac than evidence that implicated him being the zodiac. Leigh (who passed away in the early 1990s) has recently been cleared due to DNA testing.

Dennis neilson used to keep the bodies for a few weeks then when bored he would bring the body into his living room sit them on a chair pointing towards the tv just for company! thats why his book was called "killing for company" he was born in fraserburgh, thats about 70 miles from where i live!
