That bottom one is one of the few pics of Pac wearing Tommy Hilfiger.

I remember seeing part of tha footage of tha first picture and his facial hair looks like tha facial hair he had toward tha end of his life (late august, september).

The bottom pic is probably a screenshot from the welcome to deathrow dvd (i think that's the one it's on). there is footage of Pac, suge, dr bodyguards, employees etc. in a parking lot on their way to a death row boardmeeting, and Pac is wearing the tommy hilfiger getup.
