Does "When I Get Free" OG (the one with the soulja voice) sample Bob Marley - No More Trouble?

It was by chance i stumpled upon this track and instantly recognised it. It sounds like the OG sample, is it? I think, on the OG, you can also hear Marley singing "ooooooooooooo no! no more trouble" at the end of the OG.

If you listen to the beat all it is is the Bob Marley sample, the organ, and drums. I'm assuming the drums and the organ aren't sampled.

There were rumors that some people had the studio acapella a while back, if that was true, a kickass OG remake could be made. A good cpu could also be used.
