The song Fuck Compton was done in response to NWA's success at the time in the late 80's/early 90's. He's said that he did the song not really as a diss to anyone in particular, but just to show that you don't have to be from Compton to be a successful rapper. Of course tho, people are gonna take it as a diss, so he had major heat on the west coast. I never knew about the Pac situation with him tho, thanks for the info
