According to a couple of the guys in the know, IP more relates to the location used to access the internet but that would only really be indicative of your specific home network if you have a static IP, which you probably have... so that doesnt help much, does it? lol, in any case it's the same ISP.

-suzy joins, post 1 or 2 days
-couple of days later all tb knows whats going on here
