dont buy every fact that you read from his books, there a lot of wrong or modified stuff .
I dont think even Dan Brown would expect people to, after all they are categorised and marketed as fiction, nothing more. Although, yes - it's well constructed fiction so I suppose some people would be gullible enough to take it as pure fact. But hey, anything to get the masses using their brains in some capacity is a step up. It's much like Michael Moore - entertaining and provocative but if you want real facts, go to a library or academic source
at the very least. lol.
That x-files episode of the Simpsons sums up this type of genre well:
"This story is completely true. And by true we mean false. It's all lies. But they are entertaining lies and in the end, isnt that the real truth?
The answer is no."
Anyway, I really liked Angels and Demons although I found the end a little silly. Digital Fortress was also interesting - more so than I was expecting. I'm yet to read Deception Point.
