^^lol, Pittsey either the guy is genetically very well built or he should try without steroids.

Yeah he's pretty big.

He's my little brother but he's about 6 inches taller and 4 stone heavier. He was huge, but he only works out casually now.

I'm still prettier though.

470lbs 3 sets of 10 is my max. been bodybuilding for quite some time. never done a cycle of roids.
lmmao!!!!!!! you bench 10 times of three sets at 470lbs    . post pics, otherwise you are a fucking stone cold liar. not that pics would be conclusive, but you have to be fucking huge to do 10 reps 3 times......at 470LBS

I can bench about 110-125 kgs but with the program im on now i do 60 Kgs 3x30 and by the last set my arms and chest are burnin but i have stronger legs than upper body

About 70-80 kg.
there's a significant jump from 70kg to 80kg. you can either do a mx of 70kg or a max of 80kg. giving and taking 10kgs is alot. besides, your 17 years old and i've seen pics of you, though pics are never conclusive I highly doubt your benching 80kgs.

Well my total max is 80 (all time), but my regular varies, make sense? (Maybe I misunderstood the thread)

300 pounds. 10 sets of 10.
that is about the worst thing you can ever do to your body, and its very hard to believe, even impossible that you can do 10 sets of 300 pounds with 10 reps each, your body will fail way before you can do 10 sets..the weight is believable yet only for 3-4 sets..

some of you guys remind me of mark deezy's "boxing career" lmao

my max is ~80kg (thats not much)

i usually do like 4-5 sets of 10 and start with 55kg then add 5 kg every set. however i dont work out regularly anymore. (im 184cm and weigh ~77kg)

i cant really believe that this guy on the pic (easily) achieved that within 6 months without any proteins or creatine etc. hed have to work out every day for quite some time.

I can believe it. I changed a lot in 3 months (summer vacation), gaining about 20 pounds worth of muscle. I had casually weightlifted before this period of time, but in the summer I went every other day for about 45 mins. I can believe it.

I used to max out at about 170 lbs., 3 sets of 6 during that summer (last year). Now that I've tried to un-bulk myself and work at rounding myself out, I'm down to about 150. It's amazing how fast you can lose the muscle.

"here's a pic of a guy who gained around 30 pounds of muscle.look at the difference in the before and after.you can achieve this easily in 6 months without putting too much effort."

this dude talks about doin 470lbs and about using creatine...
not that creatines are bad, ill also use them, BUT i said without any substances and not training every day. because thats what "without putting much effort" is about.

well what you got to say about this tourni???
I find this unbelievable

I find this unbelievable

hey not really ken. to tell you the truth, this isnt all that unbelievable to the bodybuilder.theres guys at my gym benching 600lbs.

and anyways i've been a bodybuilder for quite song time. I am pretty big.I will post up some pics as soon as i get a cam. I dont want to be in a public place like a net cafe and take my shirts off and flex lol.i'll see if maybe i can borrow it from my neighbor tonight,if not maybe next week ill pick one up.

about the dude that said he does 300lbs 10 sets of 10,thats very doable.you're body doesnt "give up" if you are trained properly.

size isnt as big a factor as people make it. You can be such a small guy yet have incredible strength.

when training, you can either go for size, or go for strength or both. There these two little chinese guys at my gym that look like they weigh a hundred pounds, and i swear to go they do 70lbs bicep curls.

^ 600 lbs??? hehe dude there is not even space on the barbell to carry 600 lbs..
and anyone who knows anything about bodybuilding will tell you that doing 10 sets of anything is not uonly usless but harmful for the body..let alone doing it with 300 lbs..and 70 lbs on bicep curl is extremly normal and isnt at all difficult..
