im only 16, and my max is like 155, and im one of the weakest out of all my friends ( i only weigh about 150 though, so for body weight ratio, im pretty strong). i dont kno who told u, but 90 pounds is not good at all...shit my 155 max isnt even that good
 
u fucked with my self esteme fool, na playing, i want to lift heavier, im trying to get like tyson(the hardest nigga to walk the earth)but i heard that lifting heavy shit to quick makes your dick small.

cause my family is very slow paced its like 10 pounds at one point in time i was doing like 45 but that was when i was at my prime but keep in mind i dont weigh that much, doesnt sound like a lot but it was.

i can prolly bench heavier but since most of my weight trainin is done at home with cheap barbells i dont really know (guess its time to go to the gym and lift heavier ones)

i got a question, is lifting every day safe?

i do like 6 sets of 18, 3 diffrent workouts, eg 18 arm curl, followed by 18 uprow lift, followed by 18 tricep extentions. then repeat , etc,etc

usually i feel sore and shit in the morning, but i can still continue, should i like wait a day?
 
definitely. training every day well put too much stress on the muscles. train every 2nd day, or make sure you balance your excercise, so you do arms on day 1, chest on 2, ab on 3 for example

muscles need time to regrow and repair themself. training them is actually destroying them.

let me rephrase your words.

NEVER work out THE SAME BODYPART 2 days in a row. working out day after day is fine,just as long as you know what to do to recover properly.

make sure you get lots of sleep the day you work out. consume a high protein high carb meal after working out. you should also do this about an hour before working out. the carbs that you eat MUST NOT come from empty calories,get them from complexe carbs(veggies) instead of simple carbs(sugars).

If you wanna lift heavier,get this stuff called creatine. You'll gain like 20 pounds within days. BUT,its neither fat nor muscle. Creatine will fill your muscles up with water,resulting in bigger firmer muscles.When I started taking creatine I would up my bench 10 lbs a week at least. Creatine is a supplement,it has no side effects whatsoever, zero,but you have to make sure you take in lots and lots of water. Depending on the kind you get,it tastes good.It tastes exactly like a juice you would buy at the store.

Also,size doesnt necessarily mean strength. I've seen a 140lb guy bench over 300lbs while a 350lb individual bench max 120lbs.

If anyone is interested in gaining 1 pound of pure muscle(with zero fat) a week,naturally,without supplements or junk,let me know and i'll lead you in the right path.

here's a pic of a guy who gained around 30 pounds of muscle.look at the difference in the before and after.you can achieve this easily in 6 months without putting too much effort.

I weight 140 and I can probably bench about 110lb a couple of times. I never benched, so I'm hella weak.
