What can you bench press!!!

Come on guys, state your bench press. The bench press is often accused of being an overated excercise and its over-use is considered to be for amateurs. But there is something about a few guys having a little bench press competition which attracts males to it like us guys are attracted to an open bonnet. The bench press is always used as a bench mark to determine roughly your stregnth.

Well, I have no regular routine and would be considered 'slim to almost average' body type and I benched 55 kilos. :( I'm very dissapointed but it was my first shot with no warm up or anything. im going to get into a regular routine now and within a couple of months I should be benching atleast 65kg
 
i press 135 kg or even 140kg..don't know..it's been a long time since i tried to press my max. been doing it for about 7 years...not pressing that hard, just regular training...lately i don't even do bench pressing, just lots of push-ups and other exercises..
by the way for tall guys bench pressing is a lil' harder than for short guys, because of the lenght of arms.
 
I dunno 90 lbs are not that incredible that u need steroids to do it.
 
you do your sets with 470 lbs? Come on, you gotta post some pics now.

you shouldn't even compare curling and benching the same weight, because its WAY different and I'm pretty sure nobody in the world can curl 470 lbs.
