Want some feedback..

I've been studying PHP for a while (still not REAL good at it yet) and I made an agreement with a band to do their site for $100 (job usually runs over $500) because I didn't know much of PHP at the time so it may take me longer to do some things. Now, for the most part, I had EVERYTHING done within a week or so but there are a few problems I ran into with it. Not ALL of the script is written by me actually. About 97% is by me and the other 3% is from free scripts online (easier that way sometimes).

I created the following things for this site:

Membership System with User Image upload
Photo Album for users (to upload pics from band concerts)
News section
Events Section with link to driving directions (thought that was kool)
Memberlist
Member Profiles
Private Messaging between users
And a few other small things..

Right now, if you want to use the TEST account to view how it works then you can by going to :

And using this for the login:

USERNAME: test
PASSWORD: test

Right now I just want some feedback on the work. Just to let some of you know, the 'template' itself was made as a 'sample', it is NOT the final template (however i do like the header). Just wanting some feedback on it!

When checkin ya "private messages" I think ya should keep the whole site navigation there still.

Good looking on the photo PHP script ya worked on, looks good. But like I said above, I think you should keep the whole site navigation visible on the page.

Malkz- The reason I didn't use the site navigation on the private messages, control panel, photo album, etc.. is because for pm's and the control panel, there is a whole new set of options that needs to be shown. For example, if you go to the user control panel here, wouldn't you prefer that ONLY the User CP options are shown other than every link? I just think it's easier navigation (although I HATE the look where I have to put "Other" and then the link .. makes it look 'poor' to me).

Maverick- Saving April is a band from Michigan. That's about all I really know to be honest. He talked to some people about building his site and told them what he wanted and they said $800 for what he wanted, and my guess is they woulda charged more for 'upgrades'. I told him I'd do it for $100 even and free upgrades (as long as i positively did not need the money).

It should have a 'Walk-Thru' that comes with the hacks. I could probably help you with it, but it honestly isn't that difficult with the walk-thru.

Skandalouz4life - Yea i know it's been made and it's actually easy to do. But I like the idea of creating anything I use from scratch.

Jurhum - Thanx.. I noticed a few people on my site earlier and kept an eye on them in the admin panel (fixed so i can watch members every move). One of them was trying to get to 'other' files. I don't think any actually get in the site or anything but it bothered me that somebody was trying that quickly lol.. I'll definatly go check that site out.
