where can i get a v bulletin forum powered via php like this one right here? say if i wanted to make one myself.

thanks man. ill probably pay the maximum and get a proper board forever. This ones for a different project im doing with some people. We've got the community, now we just need a board

Dont get the new version of vBulletin. Get Version 3.0.5 because version 3.0.6 has a couple flaws they havent fixed yet.
