Laugh out loud all you like smart arse.
1. All it needs is a couple of unheard songs from the great man to be an album worth buying regardless of whatever instrumentals are behind it.
2. What do u consider Hip Hop? The Big Bang? Nah dont kid yaself lad its all shite these days with very few exceptions. No originality anymore. A pool of producers doin beats for any mother fucker with enough money is sufficating the genre.
3. Of course i dont listen to Hip Pop, thats why i am slating it. I enjoy all kinds of music. I listen alot to Pac because he is a true artist. Nobody comes close to him these days in hip hop. You seen Stop Snitchin DVD by The Game? What is goin on with hip hop today? Its like wrestlin aimed at a kids audience with a few dick head adults still watchin.
first of all i wasn't being a smart ass, and still am not. no reason why we shouldn't be able to have this debate without arguing.
my point was that first of all, you said pac would beat most of the hip-pop that's put out this year, but of course he will. hip Pop doesn't cover all the good music that's been put out this year. the "rap has gone shite" argument doesn't hold grounds. yes, 99% of it is wack, but that doesn't mean that the 1% left isn't dope, and if you invest some time into checking out new stuff, that 1% is gonna be worth it. nevertheless, i'm not saying you should and better check out new stuff. if you enjoy the old shit then by all means, keep listening and hope you never wear it out. i sort of did though, and that's why i like to listen for new shit. the pool of motherfuckers comment only applies to hip Pop, not hip hop, because like i said, there is a lot of good shit that doesn't fall into the hip Pop description, and your comment was altogether obvious since hip Pop is considered shit by most people on this board. i'm still not being an ass by the way, just saying it like it is or like i percepted it, but if i got you wrong, correct me
and i did not check out the game dvd. i actually haven't checked out anything but a few tracks of his because i hate him with a passion. yep, that makes me a hater. what.
anyway, putting all the technicalities aside, the essence of your post, that tupac's upcoming album is gonna be the shit, is an assumption. assumptions do not walk hand in hand with "is gonna be." had you said "i have a feeling" or "i hope" i probably wouldn't have made a reply. i was high and felt like spiting someone, sue me
