He doesnt have an earing, he is wearing clothes which are styles that he never wears, he is wearing fold open glasses, which were not out in his time (also i didnt know he wore glasses) and when you look at the back of the album the picture when he is closing his eyes, you can kindof see something eerie is afoot.
