Day 1.

Tupac's last words were something to the effect of "we'll take care of it," when the cop in the ambulance asked him if he saw who shot him.

Suge, Kastro, and EDI are expected to testify.

The autopsy photo from Cathy Scott's book was real. A LVPD officer snuck into the autopsy room with a polaroid camera.

When the cops interviewed Suge after the shooting, he arrived with three lawyers, was rehearsed, and seemed "nervous."

Day 2's been gangster.

"I'm not trying to send him to prison."

Yeah that was Mob James for anyone playing along at home.

He's basically said he's only testifying because otherwise he'd be arrested for contempt, but he's a hostile witness.

His testimony about wanting to get away from the life, moving away and wanting to just be "pop pop" to his grand kids, instead of a gangster, was actually pretty sad. He's 61.

Reggie in the electric wheel chair thing was hilarious.

Also, Im not going to post them because I don't want to see them, but they've shown a half dozen new autopsy photos that are apparently pretty gruesome.

Day 3 was a couple of armed government employees shooting the shit.

Day 4 was listening to a recording of Keffe D implicating Diddy with a claim of a million dollar hit on Tupac and Suge.

Day 5 was long!

Mostly about documentaries by Diaz and Dorsey. Most of the pertinent info was replay of what Keffe D said in the recordings played on day 4. (pretty consistent)

Apparently they have like 200 witnesses registered. Looks like it's going to be a long trial.

I feel like Edi and Kastro have to testify they were in Vegas that night.

Day 6

Keffe D interview with Diaz.


Keffe D is dropping so many names in the recordings. At one point, Donald Trump and Justin Bieber were mentioned.

"Tupac should've stayed in his lane"

"I regret meeting Puff. It ruined my life."

"Puff wasn't afraid because he had 50 Crips and 10 Navy Seals"

I think crooked armed government employees killed both 2Pac and Biggie. There I said it.

Day 7

Edi testifies under court order. It was short and simple.

All 7 bullet casings came from the same gun according to expert testimony.

Det. Ladd testified Wright Sr. called him on the night of shooting and told him that South Side Crips were responsible.

So everyone knew what went down that night except Metro Police.

Issue with this, is one of the long standing rumours is that Wright Sr (a crooked cop), Wright Jr (Death Row Security), and David Kenner (Death Row lawyer whom Pac had just fired the previous weeks), were responsible for the shooting and that crooked Police officer David Mack pulled the trigger. He apparently matched Kadafi's description of the shooter.

They should have asked Edi, if in the time that Kadafi was still alive, if he and Edi had discussed the incident and what the shooters looked like, as Kadafi said he was able to identify the shooter but was killed before he could give an offical statement.

Day 8 Prosecution rests.

Keffe D keep saying somebody "ruined his life" but I think he ruined it himself.

Im shocked the prosecution has rested. I think Keefe is getting off.

They barely showed any evidence, it was like they just went over 30 year old rumours.

They should have called Foxy Brown to the stand, who has previously said that she was in Vegas with Zip when he gave Keefe the gun.

Surely there has to be other evidence somewhere as well. Police evidence. Police interviews.

I feel this was very top line and half assed, to be honest. I have a bad feeling...

Some people are feeling weird about the jury asking questions. That's news to me too.

I'm partial sure, but I think in any other gang involved murder case Keffe D would be in prison already. If he's guilty I wish they make him rat on Diddy!

Looks like the defence is going to try to pin it on Suge, there's a copy testifying matching Cadillac's were at Suge's how prior to the Tyson fight:

He confirms there was a cream colored Cadillac at the party before the house, and the defence lawyers made Edi confirm that his initial police report said the shooters were in either a white, or cream colored Cadillac.

Keffe said, I think in the proffer, that females in a car followed them after the shooting and today Day 9 Det. Long testified that he saw a car full of females with their window blown. That puts Keffe at the scene. Long was ready to go arrest Keffe for murder but couldn't because of the proffer. Is Keffe really reading a script?

None of it matters because everything is fake.

We're going to have a future where A.I. handles all the messy details and I'm afraid that would give crooked government employees more power.
