* I ignored thefacebook question because I'm annoyed by that website. It's useful to keep track of friends' contact information, but for a lot of people it's a fucking friendship barometer. I've gotten annoyed phone calls like "Hey, could you please Confirm me as your friend..."... naw. Fuck that.
lol fair enough.. but damn, someone actually called you about that? sad

1. After the disposal of the body, the death certificate, the fuss raised by loved ones, I don't know. I try not to think

about it too much, because I don't want to live my life the way I do for the wrong reasons.

2. Pac - Crips. BIG - dunno who pulled the trigger, but Suge told them where to aim.

3. Beanie Sigel, Common, Z-Ro... I can't think of very many rappers who are doing anything impressive lyrically these

days. There's a lot of cleverness and humor and virtuosity and people flowing their asses off, but sheer lyricism?

There's work to be done.

4. Anticipate trends, get the right production, figure out what's your hook.

5. Cam'ron, Jay-Z

6. It was okay. Nas is capable of so much more.

7. I expect a lot of hype, a couple of good songs, a couple more good songs that don't end up on the album,

proclamations that Nas is finally making a comeback (never mind that that's what's said in every cycle),

proclamations that the album is great, and then people will stop talking about it as they face reality.

8. Yes, as long as you enjoy it and it doesn't unduly hurt you academically.

9. He made great music. I don't know anything about his post-Beatles material other than Imagine, which I like.

10. Sex, violence, and thrills. What's not to like?

11. "Renagade", "BM J.R.", "Mama Gave Me", "Guess Who's Back", 10,000 Bars.

12. MF Doom. I could say something like Doom's a better rapper but Madlib's a better producer, but I enjoy

Doom-produced work more than I like Madlib-produced work. It's a peanut butter and chocolate question, though.

13. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special, in retrospect. The good songs on it are good and replayable, but the

bad ones aren't. I don't think the Beatnuts have done anything decent since the joint they did on there.

14. I don't know. Japan and Germany would be the hegemons. Judaism would be interesting. The gap between the rich and the poor would be extremely wide, even in the world's most advanced nations. It's hard to tell. There are lots

of factors. All those European protectorates. The USSR. China.

15. Canada, Pakistan.

16. No.

17. You mean recreational activity and not redistributing wealth, correct? Just study efficiently and regularly and without distractions, and you'll find that you have more time to socialize and are a lot more relaxed about it. Making a schedule and sticking to it is always helpful.

18. Sports, women, current events, obvious common experiences (minorities make friends faster).

19. I don't use lines. You just have to find an opening, isolate them, and keep them interested (which usually means

keep them talking). If you've ever taken a dog to obedience school, what you learn there is also applicable in trying to get laid (or all human interaction. Uncomfortable, but true.)

20. Yeah.

21. Naw, man, the current Jim Jones is the best we're every gonna get.

22. The pattern of rhymes in a verse/stanza. Your basic hip-hop verse is a bunch of couples: aabbccdd (I write this example rhyme / In very little time / It sure isn't ill / But my purpose it will fill / I'll never have a rapping career / When I step the mic screams "Don't come near" ) --> rhyme/time, ill/fill, career/near.

23. Continental Europe, I guess. What perspective are we looking at? I'd rather explore an entire continent than one country. If I had to live in Europe, I'd pick Finland or Spain.

24. If we were to right all historical injustices and whatever, 32, I guess.

25. Ten years from now: I have my own successful medical practice. I have a sizable nest egg. My parents are retired. I've traveled a bit. I'm well-known and respected where I live. I have rural and beach getaways. Trilingual. I have a truck, a '68 Camaro, a '61 E-Type, a Japanese sedan, and a bike. I'm a master of the grill. My teams are winning.

We shouldn't really judge him for it, though. Hip-hop avenged Linx's mother's death, raised him, and freestyled about finding your inner strength over James Brown breaks - funk on the low end, hope and inspiration on top. Hip-hop's been good to Linx, and Linx is just being good right back to it..
lmao

what do u like most about smoking marijuana
what do u least likely like about smoking marijuana
bob marley or elton john, whos fashion do you admire more

Which languages?
English, Spanish, Urdu/Punjabi. I'm nearly there.

If somebody says: "I am now lying", is he telling the truth?
Depends on the context of the statement.

Where will Terrell Owens play next year?
Eagles or Cardinals.

what do u like most about smoking marijuana
Standing up.
what do u least likely like about smoking marijuana
My urine ain't clean.
bob marley or elton john, whos fashion do you admire more
Elton John.

What is your favorite culture?

Nasdaq DowJones, will it be hot?

Which Middle Eastern Country has the hottest women?

Will I get the college course I want when I apply?

Sure seems like it. Or maybe he's in love with loving hip-hop? We shouldn't really judge him for it, though. Haha. :thumb:

Haunted, I assure you I am. And believe me, when I say I love hip hop, it's not me bragging about it or saying I like it more than everyone else. That's not the type of person I am. I applaud anyone who loves and appreciates it for real. Truth :thumb:

What is your favorite culture?
This is an odd question. What kind of person answers with one that isn't their own?

Nasdaq DowJones, will it be hot?

Which Middle Eastern Country has the hottest women?
Probably Lebanon or something. It depends on how you define the Middle East. If you include any non-Arab countries, they automatically win (no hate).

Will I get the college course I want when I apply?
I hope so. Register as soon as you can. The semester drags by really slow when you don't get the classes you want.

Hey Roaches, thanks for those answers...I prefer it much more when you answer seriously, so I've been inspired to ask some more...your the hip hop board oracle!

1. Is the Game / 50 beef all a publicity stunt?
2. Have Mobb Deep ever made a good album, which one?
3. What are your fav five NaS tracks excluding anything from Illmatic, Lost Tapes and singles he's released ie-Thiefs Theme, Get Down etc
4. Have you ever listened to British rap and what do you think of it?
5. Why do you think Death Row is a front for money laundering? Do you have some inside information no one else has or are you merely speculating?
6. Is Against The Grain as good as everyone seems to be saying?
7. Why the fuck did Daz take Kurupt back in after all the mud they've been slinging?
8. Is there a cure for aids that hasn't seen the light of day?
9. Whats the most important thing about being a good hip hop artist?
10. Why have you gone off Saigon?
11. Has Cassidy or C Murder ever made anything dope?
12. With all of Master P's money, what was C Murder doing in an environment that could wind up with him shooting someone?
13. What's the most interesting little known fact / story you've heard about 2Pac?
14. Why did Suge not kill the dude?
15. Who's biting the Pac legacy most?
16. If Game is a blood and Snoop is a Crip, why the fuck are they in the same videos?
17. Do you think that has anything to do with why 'ups and down's is shot in black and white, so no animosity is caused or am I ready too much into it?
18. What did you think about 2001 the album?
19. Why hasn't Lauryn Hill done nothing recently?
20. What's Pee Wee Herman up to these days?

1. Vince McMahon couldn't orchestrate anything sadder.
2. The Infamous, Hell on Earth. The bootleg versions of Murda Muzik were also very good. Wish I still had mine.
3. "Silent Murder", "Nas Is Like", "You're Da Man", "NY State of Mind II". I'm struggling for a fifth. I liked "Good Morning" a lot.
4. I've listened to a little bit of it. I don't think it's spectacularly horrible or anything, but I haven't really heard anything I liked, either. The stuff that's influenced by hip-hop, but isn't - grime/garage/two-step/whateverthefuckelseisgoingon, that stuff is better.
5. It's the simplest explanation for its existence, imo, and Occam's always been more important to me than Gilette.
6. I haven't heard it.
7. a) Their beef wasn't as strong as people believed b) There's more money to be made as DPG than separately
8. Probably. I don't think that's intentional, though. Things take time.
9. Keeping your audience firmly in mind.
10. His hype has outgrown him. And I'm annoyed by his corny posturing in interviews. He has yet to show and prove.
11. Cassidy - of his own merits, no. C-Miller's first album was good.
12. a) Master P being rich doesn't mean his brother his rich. b) Why change your lifestyle more than necessary just because you're financially secure?
13. I thought that anecdote about him promising a gay friend some play if he could hook him up with a girl was funny.
14. What dude?
15. Lotta people doing it in different ways. He's pervaded the game so much it's hard to identify a uniquely bad violation right now.
16. a) Beef between gangs is overrated. b) What about this west coast unity shit? c) You really think Snoop and Game care about their sets THAT much?
17. I think you're reading too much into it.
18. "Xxplosive", "Fuck You", "The Message", "The Watcher", "Still DRE", "The Next Episode" = the songs I still like. I'm not a fan of the strings + wannabe ominous-ness (word?) + self-caricature of g-funk that = Dre's production style in this period of his career. I did like his beats for Tony Yayo's "Live by the Gun" and the 50 Cent / Mobb Deep joint, so hopefully he's starting to come back around. For the record: "Stranded On Death Row" is my favorite Dr. Dre beat, and Dre sampling a dozen different records for "100 Miles and Runnin" > Dre trying to reconcile L.A. funk and Gothic orchestras.
19. She's done a few shows and is supposedly finishing up a new album. It takes a long time to climb out of the kind of hole she got into, though.
20. Wasn't he in "Blow"? I can't think of anything since then.

Perhaps I should've phrased it better. "Which culture do you admire most?".
