I believe the extent to which whatever's going on in Iran this past week has anything to do with US orchestration is short. A large portion of the Iranian population is very disgruntled with the regime, and in general, riots occur wherever people are fed up, regardless of US foreign policy. They have since the dawn of man.
Maybe the CIA has a presence in Iran and is offering tactical support to select groups, but that's beside the actual reason Iranians are revolting.
