I would love to hear the OG of this. Pacs lyrical content in this track is amazing. I never hear this track get any credit (probally because it was one of the most cut up tracks on UTEOT). Anyway who was originally on this track and are there any remixes floating around that carry a better beat and hook?

You know that's not what I meant. R&B choruses are fine, just look at the list you typed. It's the choruses that they put on UTEOT were corny as fuck, namely Fuck Friendz, My Closest Roaddogz, When Thugz Cry, and Why U Turn on Me. Plus they replaced choruses that were just fine to begin with.

I think This Ain't Livin sounds like tha beat Pac used back in 96, so i'd say that tha beat on UTEOT is pretty close to tha OG. No idea who features.

They totally ruined Runnin' On E in my opinion. They only changed the beat slightly but it left the track sounding half empty, the OG shits all over the released version.

Yeah, they changed it (negatively) the same way they changed Troublesome '96. Close to the OG, just not as good.

UTEOF would be a classic if it wasn't for the edits and two tracks (Words 2 My First Born & Friends).

I can forgive Johnny J for Lil Homies but not the rest. There is a lot of dope tracks on this album but everytime I listen to it, I grit my teeth in frustation at those fucking edits. The one thing I liked about Pac was he was not afraid to say anything and spoke what was on his mind. That interview Johnny J did recently, you would think he is the magic behind Pacs songs. He said he edited cause Deathrow wasn't paying him. What kind of answer is that? Johnny J is a trick.

On Pacs last album I bet most tracks will be produced by him, which is a shame because you know he is gunna edit shit out yet again.

Afeni once said, that all of his work will be re-released at some point, I just hope Johnny J will do the decent thing and place those words back in where they belong.

Am I just over reacting at these edits? Does it bother any of yall?
