I've just got to the end of season 3 (so don't spoil anything from then onwards)

I have to say, it's a fucking great show (though it does make me swear a lot, and it makes me want to try and find some capicola next time I go to the supermarket).

Now that I've actually seen it, I also have a better appreciation of this:

well better late than never, right Illu? amazing show, the only letdown imo is the 6th season but otherwise this is top notch television.

I've been meaning to watch it, but there are plenty of others shows I want to go back and watch too (24, Spooks, The Wire, Oz, Deadwood).

It's on Virgin OnDemand, and in HD too, so I decided to give it a go. As good as it is, it annoys me that British TV can't come close to something like this. We get Bonekickers and Spooks: Code 9. Dreadful.

Btw season 6 isn't a let down. At all.

well i did say it was just my opinion, but i didn't find season 6 really all that good. it has good episodes, and a couple great ones but i didn't like the overall story arc the season took. they spent way too much time focusing on events that had nothing to do with the key storyline. the whole Vito storyline went on much longer than necessary. it seemed to me that they wanted a certain number of episodes but didn't have enough material so they stretched certain storylines out much longer than they needed to be. but again, that's just my opinion.
