You'd be surprised even more if you'd know how many of them are viewing this board. English is not my first language so what's the problem? I don't know something so I'm asking, now I know - simple

A lot of people are affraid to ask, and they will not ask if they see reply like yours (like everybody should understand everything in English language)

Sometimes ''people'' are not sure about meaning so again they're asking somebody that (they think) know. If my requests upsets you, you can delete it, or don't reply...

this is a switched lyric. listen to the og - he clearly says "runnin from my dogs in the mornin" which implies if pac is arrested his crew will kill his captors. whether this was a backup layer that pac had fucked up on, or a cut and paste job, the whole meaning of the line from the og was altered.
