1. old timers are the prisoners that we there for a long time and are old.
2. he is saying shoot your gun.
3. In the song 2pac puts the "snitch" in his trunk with mice. The mice bite the "snitches" eyeballs out and eat his brains while he screams in shear terror. 2pac listens to all of that. If that is not horrifying then i am not writing this. :thumb:

It'a a metaphor a lot of people use. It's like living where everyone can see what you do. Pac was always in the spotlight and all, so you can see how it's relevant.
