Went to the club this weekend, lots of Bay/Hyphy music being played... then the DJ stopped the music and had the entire club give it up for Pac (when I say "2", you say "Pac"...)... at this point the club is going crazy, everyone's into it, people are yelling out at the top of their lungs, then the dj goes into a 15 minute set of all Pac music. Definitely good to know the love for Pac is still here (went to the Raider's game last night and heard a little bit of Pac playing in the parking lot as well...).
I went up to the DJ booth after closing and thanked the DJ for giving up it up for Pac the way he did, and I met Nessa from 94.9, she was responsible for pushing the DJ to do his Pac set in the club. She told me she is a huge Pac fan herself, and being from the streets, she knows the streets love Pac so she's gonna give them what they want and make sure 94.9 does it real big for Pac on the 13th... I asked her about the new single, but as of this past weekend, she's got no word on it. I'm probably going out again this weekend too we'll see how much love Pac gets shown
