im back liking russel now. that was epic how he just decided that Danielle had to go. he usually says some bullshit like if i want them out they go, and usually he has the numbers to get the person out anyway, but this time he didnt have the numbers, really it was just him wanting her off and he got the 2 heroes and jerri to go for it.

im going to make a prediction and say rupert wins.

^I can't remember what he said at tribal, but I think the context was something along the lines of voting Parvati out and Russell just goes "if I wanted that to happen, it would." He's a good character to watch, thats for sure, makes the show interesting. Just after seeing this show, I can't imagine anyone wanting to do business with the guy.

Thanks for linking the blog. He brings up a number of good points actually. Sadly, I'm going out to the bush on Tuesday for work. I won't be getting back till the 21st so I'm going to miss the ending :(. I"ll let you guys know what I think of it when I get back.

Fucking Sandra, she-devil bitch. I didn't want to see Rupert go, I was slowly starting to like him honestly...

I hope Russell feasts on her organs.

yeh it was kinda sad to see rupert go, especially because this has been his best strategic season to date.

im torn on who will win it, and who i want to win it. i would like to see both russel or sandra win it to be honest,. i think they have played the best strategic game. that being said i cant see russel getting the jury votes.

enjoyed it, glad sandra won. would have been happy with any of those 3 though. i felt that parvati made russel look a bit weaker than he was. havnt watched the reuninion yet though.

what u think?

I think Parvati deserved it the most (even though I would have liked to see Russell win :D) ... Sandra didn't really have any strategy, she was never a real target, she never made any big moves, nor did she win a challenge. Her whole game was based on the "I want to take out Russell" motive, which she didn't even complete. Parvati made big moves, won challenges, and struggled to outlast since she was generally a target, just like Russell.

They only failed cause their 'social game' lacked, which is bullshit to an extent, cause it seems like the jury only base their votes on who they like better. GTFO, this isn't high school. If anything the jury looked like whiny bitches. JT sealed his own faith, if anything he should have given Russell his vote for fooling him the way he did. What about those that were taken out by Parvati when she gave away not only 1, but 2 immunity idols to save her villains, and the hero took the fall for it. Same as Russell giving his one idol to Parvati to save her. None of these big moves were taken into account, and it's much more than anything a hero did. Fuck it, out of the heroes, only James did the most by being a strong competitor while having an injured leg.

They said the game is 1/3 luck, 1/3 strategy, 1/3 social ... All I saw from the jury were whiny heroes (especially Rupert talking about good, even though he was quick to align himself with Russell when he made a final 3 deal) who made the decision solely based on social... except for Coach, who seemed to understand what the game is about, and that being a strong competitor is important.

That was an interesting finish. Its fun to see Russell at the reunion because he always looks so choked up, as if he's on the verge of crying lol.

All three of them were worthy of winning it, but I think Sanra deserved it the least. Its hard to say who deserved it more, Russell or Parvati. I'm leaning more towards Russell because he was the one who was always putting it on the line, while Parvati sat back and let him be the bad guy. Its funny how even this group voted purely on emotion, even as all stars they let emotion get in the way, I think that says a lot about humans in general. Now for Sandra, I don't understand why people say she road coattails. Its not like she road a powerhouse alliance to the end. Her alliance got dessimated very early on and from that point on she was on the outs with everyone. If anything, her game is the most admirable because she survived on her own.

Does anyone else agree that the JT move was wrong in being awared the most dumb move ever? I mean, it was a big move that would have either gotten him to the end of the game or voted out next. It didn't work, big deal. I think giving away an immunity necklace and getting voted out right after was BY FAR a more stupid move, seeing as how the guy 3 days ago did the same thing.

JTs move would end up being either the greatest move or the bigger failure. The latter took it, I don't think he deserved worst move though. Erik's shit was just embarrassing; I voted for him actually :D
