batman begins is a bootlegg at best.

That is retarted.

Tim Burton's Batman had so many problems.

- It should have been called "The Joker," I mean come on, isn't this Batman's movie?
- Joker killing Bruce Wayne's parents was a big no, no.
- Joker being some 20 years older than Batman, another big no, no.
- Alfred letting Vicki Vale right into the Batcave, wtf?
- Prince heading the soundtrack (That never made any sense to me)

Batman Begins was amazing in my opinion, the greatest comic book to film adaptation in my eyes. And I trust they'll get Joker right in the 2nd one.

Superman and SR critique (SPOILERS)

Well, saw "Superman Returns" yesterday. It was a good movie...kinda slow at times, though. There were plenty of things in the movie that bothered me, like most movies, which got me thinking of doing a critique of the movie and Supes in general (aside from the cliche "How do glasses protect his secret identity?"). Once and for all, this movie proves that he has nothing on Bruce Wayne, nevertheless Batman.

Before I get started, though, at least this movie was good, unlike "Pirates 2", which just plain sucked.

-This has always bothered me. Where do his clothes and glasses go when he rips them off to fly into action? Also, where does he get the money to buy new suits all the time? I guess his friendship with wealthy Bruce Wayne comes in handy. I'm also assuming that he doesn't carry on him a wallet with ID in his street clothes. Because if he did, people would have long known his real name (not to mention the $10 replacement card fee, over and over again).

-Isn't it uncomfortable with that bulky cape under his clothing? And how does he fit his boots into his shoes?

REGARDING THE MOVIE:

-This one will ALWAYS piss me off, like the ending to the first movie. If this takes place five years after the second one, which came out in 1980, why does it take place in the present day instead of in 1985?

-Clark, Lois, and Jimmy look way too young in this movie to have been professionals for (at least) 5 years. They still look fresh out of college.

-If this film is a continuation of the first two, then why isn't the costume exactly the same? It shouldn't have gone such drastic changes.

-Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Metropolis supposed to be in Kansas, a few hours from Smallville? I thought Gotham was the DC equivalent of NYC.

SPOILERS*******************************************

-I thought the dog eating the other dog was badass.

-Finally, how quickly after sleeping with Superman did Lois jump into bed with Cyclops to have him and everyone else think the kid is his? How big of a tramp is she?

Anyway, as good as the movie was, I think Bryan Singer botched a lot of things up. Hopefully he can answer all my questions in the next movie (and include more dogs eating dogs).
