In the song ''starin' at the world through my rearview'', Does Tupac say, ''go on baby scream to god he can't hear you'',or is it ''he CAN hear you'' ?
Tell me what you think of this line aswell.

I always thought it said "Come on baby scream to God, he can't hear you". Makes sense to me.

I always heard it as can't, and it makes more sense as can't

When most people pronounce the word "can" they say it as if it was spelt "cun". 'Pac does this, so that's how you know in "Starin" that it is supposed to be "can't"
