Rumours about Vulture and Mysterio and Electro are old, and have pretty much died out. It's almost certain that Venom will be the second villain.

He's one of the villains, played by Thomas Hayden Church. Topher Grace plays the other, probably Eddie Brock/Venom. He has blonde hair now, so Eddie Brock fits. He certainly doesn't look like The Vulture, at least not The Vulture from the original comics.
Towards the end of the film I'm guessing Harry becomes Green Goblin II (as in the original comics) or Hobgoblin (as in the Ultimate comics).

Even if that Venom pic wasn't an official poster, it's still what the fabled "black suit" is supposed to look like. But I swear I can't see any color in the offical teaser poster.........Maybe its my crappy ass monitor, eh, who knows, but it does look black and white to me.....I dunno, seems like they did it just to give it a dark feel.

k heres the story behind this black costum. Spider Man adopted that black gue (venom) from space, which it came from. So good ol' spidey chilled with it for a while until he figured out that its evil. It made him wanna fight more and be a bitch to everybody, so Peter Parker got rid of it and went back to tha ol' school (red and blue). So what happened to the black gue from space (venom) u asked? Ya'll remember Brock? That bulky dude who tried to unmask spider-man? That mofo found that black shit and kept it to himself, thus, creating a new villian - VENOM.

i wouldnt get too excited about venom being in the movie. i asked myself the same question many of you are. how is topher grace gonna play eddie brock (venom) with his size well the answer to that is they say he's not playing venom he's gonna play the hob-goblin it makes alot more since in topher's body type.

^^Well apparently he's been bulking up but there's no legit proof of how big he is (I haven't seen it) and on IMDB.com it's says he's playing Eddie Brock/Venom, so I'll guess we'll see later in the year what the hell is really going on.

Yea it looks photoshoped to me too after close examination. Also if you look at the symbol on his chest in that picture and compare it to the little bit of the symbol you can see in the poster, the poster one looks a lot bigger and its white, not silver.
