Ahhh you see it's the otherway around for me. Sonic was just collect rings, jump aorund a few times, finish stage, pretty simple stuff. They didn't get really add to that...

Super Mario Bros 1-3 were greatness and not exactly easy to beat. Mario games are alot more challenging and more fun.

sonic is challenging too. super mario 2 sucked imo. super mario is just frustrating and super mario 3 is a the definition of classic

But Super Mario was great and still is great and innovating. Super Mario Galaxy = Awesomeness. Have yo seen the recent Sonic? Super Mario Galaxy shits on them. Sonic was great but hasn't kept up with the 3D.

Personally, I enjoyed Sonic Adventure more so than probably any Mario game.

Sonic Adventure was the absolute SHIZNIT. In fact, I might pull out my Dreamcast soon just to play that, and Shenmue of course.

There was also a Sonic Adventure 2 on the DC but I never had that one. Might look for a cheap one on eBay. Also debating getting Sonic Unleashed for the Wii as I've heard good things.

yeah but I think the reason for this project is to create a PC version of Sonic 2.
