I hate to say it but as dope as Pac is he was depressed as a motherfucker. So if you want to make your depression worse then listen to his sadder songs like Krazy, Life Goes On, My Block, Tradin War Stories, Hold Ya Head, Pain, etc. But if you want to put yourself in a good mood (which is the case when I get down), then listen to stuff like To Live & Die In LA, Str8 Ballin, Stay True, 2 Of America's Most Wanted, that type of stuff. Stuff where he brings the energy. That track w/MC Breed ("Gotta Get Mine"), that's dope. Same goes for DMX, Scarface, Eminem...their deeper songs are dope, but they will just make you even more miserable if you upset to begin with.
