Just wondering, if there are songs that your favourite artist(s) of all time have made that you didnt really like at all or wasnt feeling.

i.e. Casey, is there a Prince/MJ song you didnt like?
Carmi - Britney, Eminem?
Woody - Eminem?
Rahim - 2Pac?

and others?

State the song and why you didnt like it much.

Ojay, i'll just state the one that comes to mind straight away for Eminem - Crazy in Love - good concept and everything but its wayyy too annoying and it does my head in upon listening to it - the song is all over the place, even if its intentional (hence crazy); and i hate squeaky singing.

2pac - who do u luv? og, toss it up, and whatz ya phone #

eminem - encore with the exception of like 3 or 4 tracks and a few songs on relapse i didnt like

bone thugs - the worlds enemy (dope concepts, terrible execution), i also believe strength n loyalty is overrated

^its not bad but i guess i dont like it because imo it doesnt fit with rest of the album

i dunno, i just dont like it for some reason. i heard it when i was very young and i think it kind of bothered me. and its kinda just stuck

why don't you like these. which tracks on encore?

Sandeep, I love Crazy In Love. I think it's a great track!

Yak - I like to toss it up

The lyrics are there and its good, but its kinda annoying. Same with Puke, its good but kinda annoying at the same time. On the other hand, songs like 'Like Toy Soldiers' and 'Yellow Brick Road' were the best on that album.

It's been awhile since I've liked nearly all the songs that one of my favourite artists have put out.

yeah I think I don't like most songs from my favorite artists. I guess my favorite artists have the highest "like/don't like" song ratio.

And if you mean "absolutely don't like" as if I feel somehow bad while listening to them there's quite a lot of these songs too. Maybe that's strange but most commercial hits from my favorite artists are on that list because they're usually cheesy and shallow.
That was the case with 2pac - there were maybe 2 or 3 songs that were singles/had their own videos that I liked.
In my case that's also true for hip-hop overall. There's only a handful of popular songs that I like. Most of them "from the golden era". It doesn't have anything to do with the "anti-mainstream" thing though. I just don't like these songs.
