Kadafi was an OK rapper, nothing special. I rate Napoleon better than him, in all honesty, and in my opinion. Kadafi never outshined Pac on ANY song. I thought he was one of the worst rappers on Outlawz. Yeh, its all down to the style you like. But I just don't know how anyone can say that he outshined Pac lol. It was sad that he died, and he would of improved ALOT though, but he'd never of reached the levels of Pac. Look at the rest of the Outlawz. What they done since Pac died? Nothing. Imagine if it was Fatal who died in 1996. You'd be saying this and that, but he has done NOTHING! And I don't rate Fatal all that neither, just my opinion .
