Just read the track list for Biggie's new album Duets and read Snoop is on there lending his support.
This after all, is the same guy that said he would never be on a posthumous 2pac release because he doesnt think it's right and has never lended his support to a recent 2pac album even though he has been approached numerous times.
Also his the the same person that pac was pissed off at because Snoop was going around saying he wanted to work with big and puffy when the beef was at its highest point and he knew this tore pacs heart out.
Now the low life is up on biggies new album.
What's peoples opinions on this? pac would be rolling over in his grave so to speak.

He's a disgrace for what, being his own man? He can do what the fuck he wants.

Just because 2pac belived in something dont mean everyone else has to go along with it.

But I also agree with what Brett said about him bein on Biggie's album and refusing to be on Pac's.

Snoop said outta respect for pac he did'nt want to work on anymore pac records now that he's past on, thats his decision.

Snoop is a disgrace! The same snoop that has done a pac tribute basically every concert since pac passed.

I gotta agree. I think the far more disgraceful act was a collaboration with Justin Timberlake... lol.

Snoop is his own man and makes his own dicisions. Still there's something called loyalty. If I was Snoop, I wouldn't have done this, just out of respect 4 Pac.
To be honest, I think 4 Snoop its all the money. He did that tribute 2Biggie at the MTV-awards. Whatever he says bout Biggie, that's allright. In my opinion, this is another level. He wasn't affiliated with Biggie when Big was alive, so he shouldn't do a tribute and not be on his album.
Now i have the feelin he does some tributes 2 make money out of it. He tries to get Pac & Biggie fans 2 buy his commercialized sh*t. I got no problem with tryin' 2 sell lot's of records, but stop doin' those tributes. In more than one way Snoop is a disgrace. I agree with Amara 2, doin'a song with JT is a disgrace, just like most of his recent sh*T

Snoop is highly overated anyway he's no great loss i just hope the tracks his on don't get mixed an stay in there original form maybe one day they'll get released or bootleged.

he stayed off pacs album outta respect for his friend, as i remeber i don't think biggie was a big friend of snoop. anyway this is the 2nd biggie album snoops been on, remeber born again?

2pac was young and hot headed when he died. Do you think 2pac would still be doing the same stuff when he was alive as he was then, you need to see beyond 2pac the rapper.

Snoop was never on a Biggie song because these tracks coming out on Biggie Duets are NOT Biggie's songs. Let me quote Jadakiss "I did real songs with BIG, no made up shits." If Snoop had done a song with B.I.G. while he was alive then that'd be saying something, but now it doesn't count and it's completely irrelevent. Besides, it's 10 years after the man died! Can't the man move on and do what he wants already?

agreed.

i have to say that nothing related to the snoop-on-the-ny-radio situation indicates snoop was being his "own man". he wanted to be cool and say fuck big and puff, then he wanted to be nice and say he'd love to work with them. he let greed control him. working with big and puff would mean he would be "accepted" on the east coast = more money.

and you don't know snoop has been approached about appearing on recent pac releases. im not saying he hasnt been, but i don't think it's ever been confirmed that he has been approached. it has been rumoured, yes, but not confirmed.

let's say amaru did approach him numerous times. maybe the reasons why snoop won't appear on a new pac album is that he knows the track will be remixed to hell, or maybe although he "betrayed" pac and death row on the n.y. radio station, he did love tupac (lol). snoop never had a relationship to biggie. you see the difference in appearing on a tribute remix album to an artist he never worked with, and appearing on an official supposed-to-be album from an artist he loved like a brother?

why does it bother you that snoop hasnt recorded material for the new pac albums anyway? snoop's become wack over the past decade. i'd rather not see him on a pac album cuz, you dig?

who gives a fuck. god damn, pac and big been dead for 9 years now and all people talk about is their beef. their beef ended when their lives ended. let it be at that. besides, snoop knows what afeni is doing to pac's music is bullshit and garbage ass music. at least puffy tried to keep it sorta gangsta on born again. dead wrong was one sick ass song. afeni keeps rollin out the rnb singers on every 2pac songsince he died. also im sure snoop was there when alot of those songs were recorded, so he probably gets annoyed when that stuff gets messed with. imagine painting a picture, then someone coming in and doing what they want to it to make it different. snoop has been in the game 13 years, afeni had this shit fall into her lap.

Dr. Dre made him seen a lot greater than he really was on that record, and on The Chronic. After Dre left Deathrow, Snoop was exposed for being actually a weak MC. Now he's making pop songs, and doesn't give a shit what the music sounds like (he even said it in the Making The Video special for that P.O.S. with Timberlake).

I could care less what Snoop does. He's dead musically.
