Snoop is a disrgace!!

My biggest problem with him is the fact he refuses to go on a pac album when he was meant to be his friend, yet its ok to go on his enemies album. Its a joke and to say you guys wouldnt be pissed off if one of your friends did it to you is a joke. regardless of whether his shit now or not its the morals of the thing.
And to that guy that said it was ok that big knew of the hit and didnt say shit, thats unbeleiveable, as if you wouldnt tell your friend if u thought he was gonna be killed regardless of where it put you, there are ways you could let him know. im glad i dont have any of you cunts for friends i'd be a dead man.

Snoop and Pac weren't real friends, I think if anything Snoop was always jealous of Tupac coming into "his" label and pretty much taking all of the hype and attention. Snoop was number 1 on Death Row until Pac came and then Snoop got pushed aside.

He never stood up for Pac when he was alive and he hasnt stood up for him since, who cares. They were label mates, thats it, its not like Snoop was one of the Outlawz or anything like that. I dont think they even hung out together outside of the studio.

And really, what everyone is forgetting because most of you are probably too young to remember, is that Snoop more than anyone pushed the East/West beef. Snoop is the one that got on stage in New York saying fuck the east coast, Snoop is the one that made a film clip stomping NY buildings. Snoop portrayed the whole east/west media war -- Pac just threw up the W and mentioned "west side" in his songs, he never made it as public as Snoop did. People forget that.

Anyway like Amara said, Snoop sold out a long time ago... And really, to be honest, I wouldnt want him on a Tupac album now, he'd ruin the song.

Are you talking about Snoop at The Source Awards in 1995? If so, I believe he said something like, "The East Coast don't got no love for Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg? And Death Row? Y'all don't love us? Y'all don't love us? Well let it be known then, shit! We know y'all East Coast, we know where the fuck we at. East Coast in the mothafuckin' house!" It didn't really seem as if he was dissing the East Coast as much as he was standing up for the West Coast.

i'm pretty sure they went on at least one vacation together. i forgot but someone recently posted some "rare" 2Pac pics and one was with snoop and pac somewhere on a beach.

and snoop, in the resurrection dvd, said that pac saved his marriage or something like that.

they may not have been good friends, but i'm sure at some point there were at least on good terms. that obviously changed over time, though. and i don't doubt that there was a jealousy factor.

I think pac did have love for snoop. On resurrection pac said that one of the reasons he came to death row was because of snoop. They also chilled together during the Above The Rim days and snoop used to support pac at several shows around LA and New York before pac went to jail. They did have their differences though its been well documented on these boards. I remember pac gettin pissed at snoop for not showing up at a show where they were supposed to perform "2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted" because snoop's dog 'corleone' had just died and snoop didnt feel like doin the show.

Anyway...fuck snoop he reps Biggie way more than pac when he hardly knew Biggie at the time. I can understand snoop not appearing on any later pac albums but you would think it was biggie that was his homeboy and not pac. No one seems to rep pac (in the mainstream) anymore...you see it in basically every music video people wearing biggie t-shirts

Snoop said outta respect for pac he did'nt want to work on anymore pac records now that he's past on, thats his decision.

Snoop is a disgrace! The same snoop that has done a pac tribute basically every concert since pac passed.

agreed to the fullest on what you're sayin.

pz.

That sounded a little trumped up to me when I saw that part. More like he offered good advice rather than "saved" a marriage. But anyway, that's splitting hairs, I get the point you were making.

Look how Snoop speaks about Tupac on Resurrection Extras. This man is almost in tears and I belive he is not playing there. It shows he have deep feelings about Tupac.Read his book - Tha Doggfather, there is a chapter about Tupac (and there isn't such about BIG) - you can find there interesting information about how he felt about Shakur. Snoop is a clever person and I respect him for that. I respect him for not overreacting on certain issues

Yeah: Tha Doggfather: Times, Trials and Hardcore Truths of Snoop Dogg. I recommend this book to everybody - this is his autobiography, a lot of interesting facts from his life, a lot of wisdom there in my opinion.
Gotta agree! Very good book that changed my whole thinking about the man.
And what he says about Pac shows how strong his love for him was/is: "Closer than a brother. That's what I'd say when people asked me to talk about my feelings toward Pac after he'd been murdered. I meant no disrespect to my real brothers, or my L.B. homies like G who treated me like family. But sometimes, if you're lucky, someone comes into your life who'll take up a place in your heart that no one else can fill, someone who's tighter than a twin, more with you than your own shadow, who gets deeper under your skin than your own blood and bones. That was Tupac"

It's a good book. The bit on 2pac was a bit silly though. I'd also be pissed if I was 1 of his better mates like Warren G.

Snoop seems to befriend those who can develop his career. But at least he is honest about it. Gotta respect that.

exactly thats what he said, But Anyway, like most of pac fans agree,is that snoop n even dre was jelous of pac, It was only suge night who wanted pac to be on the record, thats why pac made alot songs in a short time, He wanted to get outta deathrow but the time was never enough for pac to see the future
i can imagine, That pac n snoop would have beef
but the things pissed me off is, Why pac wasnt on doggfather album or even just his name, why snoop didnt mention him
Pac mentioned snoop in makavelli tha don album
pac never hard a good mates on deathrow record label, but yeah he was very cool with suge, thats why the others was jelous of pac

ima try 2 write what 'll happen with pac if he didnt get shot that night at las vegas Lol

Well, his Album is comin Out november-december
Pac Beefin With snoop, After that shit he said in new york after the mtc awards show
Dre respond back to "Toss It Up" , "To Live And Die In LA" and
"Against All Odds"
the radios, Mtv went crazy with new singles from makaveli tha don
Hail Mary, Toss It Up, etc
Pac is on the top and still plannin' to get of outta deathrow, but he's still cool with suge
Pac and outlawz gion' to tour called ALL EYEZ ON US, this time is not with the doggpound, cuz pac got problem with snoop
Biggie's new album came out "Life After Death" double disc,
biggie is litte back 2 the scene, but not at All, cuz the world is still pumpin with all eyez on me n Makaveli tha don
now pac, he thinkin 2 be a good actor and dion his thing
Got a film out with tyrese called BABEBOY, cuz that's the film john singleton wrote 4 pac, But after he passed, snoop jumped on
pac respond 2 "LONG GOODNIGHT KISS" of biggie
and yeah he dissin snoop too, now snoop got problem both suge n pac, cuz they playin with him n pac took the whole spot and became the leader of the westcoast scene or the deathrow
the time is 98 now, wow lol
pac got his own show at mtv called ? dunno Lol, Maka-ology maybe Lol
Alot new rappers on the tv, Dmx, Ja rule, xzibit, jay-z, even jay-z came out 96
and these rappers is all from the east, but x-z is from tha west
would pac 've a probem with that? dunno yet, let's see lol
xzibit got already problem with tha outlawz, cuz edi dissed him on "BOMB FIRST", edi said (got a little question for that nigga that made "Paparazzi" If you ain't in this rap game,
for the motherfuckin cash mayne then what is your motherfuckin purpose)..

xzibit is kinda scared 2 answer back, cuz the whole westcoast is ridin with pac, UNTOUCHABLE THUG

Now eminem came out and signing with Aftermath
Ok when we all know what pac did vs dre, what y'all think will happen this new cookie guy?
..............................
