10 grand is rediculous.. it wasn't as if he really pulled his ass out and mooned them.. I could understand if he had a Packers towel on his uniform somewhere, pulled down his pants, bent over, and wiped his ass with the towel.. than MAYBE you could give him 10G's

Collinsworth, who worked Sunday's Vikings-Packers playoff game with Buck and Troy Aikman on Fox, said he was standing on the field before the game.

"Randy Moss comes out (on the field) and his hair - they (some Vikings players) blew out their Afros - and there were some racial comments (from fans directed at Moss) along the lines of `(Hey) Buckwheat' and other things," Collinsworth said. "It was pretty crude going both ways."

Moss' ultimate response to the racial slurs was to let his booty do the talking. While the moon was offensive to some (not me), including Buck (now it comes out that what really steamed him was Moss rubbing his butt against the goal post), Howie Long, Terry Bradshaw and James Brown, it is not in the same league as fans spewing racist hate in Moss' direction.

---

On Thursday afternoon, hours after being fined $10,000 by the NFL for pretending to pull down his pants and moon the Lambeau Field crowd, Moss reacted with a string of obscenities when confronted by reporters in the parking lot of the Vikings' training complex in Eden Prairie, Minn., who wanted to know whether he was upset by the fine.

"No, it ain't shit," he said as he climbed into his SUV. "It ain't nothing but 10 grand. What's 10 grand to me? What's 10 grand if you're rich? It ain't shit. Next time I might shake my dick."

he couldnt believe it? Please Morris, this isnt WOW.. Randy's been full of 'contoversy' from day one, so why dont you go back to your Green Bay buddies and moon the bus full of players...

Prestending to moon isnt a controversy, but 'they' sure did turn it into one.

Its acceptable for a bunch of fat ugly redneck cheeseheads to moon a busload of players who just got finished playing a game while its unacceptable for Moss to mock them back?!?!?
Buck didn't make the comments in a vacuum, and he didn't know of any tradition regarding Packer fans mooning any buses. His comments came a week after Moss had made headlines by walking off the field on his teammates. Buck, like many others, figured Moss would want to keep a low profile.

I personally thought the mooning thing was funny, just like I thought the Sharpie, the cell phone and the Ray Lewis imitation were all funny. I think guys should be able to celebrate touchdowns. And I'm glad that Moss mocked and blew off the fine, because Moss was illustrating just how pointless and meaningless the fine was.

With all of that said, McCombs's demand that Buck not do the game because he's biased is totally absurd.
