Put it this way, death is inevitable for anyone who gets stabbed in the temple. I'm leaning towards him making up the whole stabbing incident.

He probably did get stabbed in the temple- by a shred of broken glass from a bottle. They probably smashed it on his head and cut it right open.

As for peace, Saigon is smart and knows that peace between blacks is the best, but he's not saying that people shouldn't defend themselves- he's saying that people should not OFFEND people and start shit to begin with. After that then you should expect to get hit back. He reminds of Tupac because they're both not the type to sit back when someone wants to start something. I hope he gets better though and stays safe.
