i like JT after his work with lonely island. why do you dislike him?
Because he's really pretentious and tries SO hard to be something he's not. The first album he did, pretty much all the songs were straight MJ rip-offs, The Neptunes had even some offered them to MJ and he turned them down.

Then the second album, he hired two former members of Prince's New Power Generation and he was trying so hard to be Prince on that album. I mean, come on. Calling your album "Futuresex/Lovesounds"? Purple swagjack move and Prince even called him out on it, he said "Why people talking about bringing sexy back? Sexy never left!"

And THEN, Timberlake has the nerve to cuss out the very person he's trying to emulate on that weak ass Timbaland tune with Nelly Furtado? WACK.

His falsetto is weak and I find it grating. He pussied out and let Janet take the fall for the Superbowl incident which was HIS fault and she was blacklisted by media for years because of it.

He oughta stick to acting, he was pretty decent in The Social Network.

I think to appreciate bands like the Sex Pistols, you kind of had to be there. Their music is more a document of their moment than the catalogue of a great band. They came along when people were very hungry for them (in a weird way, like Lady Gaga.) Their music didn't matter much. Cliche, yeah, but it was an attitude thing, an aesthetic. Sid Vicious literally did not know how to play bass. He wasn't unskilled or new at it, he didn't know. At all. But the energy of the band, matched with some good production and guidance, made Never Mind the Bollocks a remarkable moment in the history of music. And it's worth noting that four of their biggest fans were the guys who eventually became Joy Division. I think they probably took one look at Johnny Rotten and said, hey, ANYBODY can do this.

I fuckin hate U2. Almost as much as Coldplay.

My mate went down to London to see Sex pistols when they first reunited in around 92, he was fuckin lovin it. Morrissey was actually there on the undercard but he got booed off stage! lol. My mate was lovin it though as he seen two of his heroes, well morrissey and the pistols.

I used to watch The rockin roll swindle all the time as a kid, i fuckin loved it. They got a better dvd out now though, cant mind what it's called though.

Damn i must be pissed, i used the word fuckin three times lol, make that four.
