Seriously, More people know How Do U Want It than know Hail Mary.
Don't know when the fuck Hail Mary came into it, but I agree.

Keep Ya Head Up is one of his BIGGEST pop songs.
I know it did well but, like I say, the essence of the song is such that I cannot put it in the same category as most 'pop' songs. There are exceptions to be made & this is one of them. And believe me when I say, it is the message of the song rather than 2Pac that makes me feel this way about it.
As for the double standard.
On one hand you've got an artist (Artist A) whose songs have a 'pop' beat, pretty throwaway lyrics & songs which were always intended to be a 'pop' song.
On the other hand you've got an artist (Artist B) whose songs have insightful lyrics, passion, were never meant to be 'pop' songs & either, 1. somehow became a hit, or 2. had a 'pop' beat put under the lyrics after the artist was dead.
Number 1. is songs such as Keep Ya Head Up & Dear Mama
Number 2. is, namely, Changes.
I don't think those which adhere to number 1 should be bracketed with number 2s (yes, pun is intended), nor should they be bracketed with the 'pop' songs of Artist A.
I suppose this is a double standard, but it is one I agree with.
